Chef Benjamin Bonnet is born in the North of France, it’s in Brussels Belgium that Chef Benjamin Bonnet spent the majority of his childhood. Determined to become a chef, he made his culinary studies in Lyon in the famous Institut Paul Bocuse, where he learned all the basics techniques of French cuisine. He then worked in Paris in some of the most famous restaurants (le Crillon, le Taillevent, le Meurice), and in South of France before coming to Taiwan to finally open his own restaurant le 23 in Taipei with his wife.
