Every week, you will get your boxes, as long as you have enough pre-paid ones. No need to tell us every week. If eligible to choose your ingredients, please remember you can update your food choices before every Friday 18:00 for the following week.

If you wish an automatic delivery every week, for more than 1 box, please tell us the quantity.

Please note that requesting a new delivery date will erase all previously scheduled upcoming dates from our records and cancel any scheduled deliveries until the new date, provided the order has not yet been processed. The deadline for cancellations is Wednesday at 18:00 for the following week's deliveries.

You can update your order ONLY :

  • If you have currently a SUBSCRIPTION (Special deals, recurring …).
  • If you have placed an order, and want to change delivery details.
  • Eligible boxes : Premium box, Gluten-free box, Dairy-free box, Keto box, Pescatarian box, Fitness box, Proteins box, Vegetarian box, Vegan box.

WHAT YOU CAN UPDATE 

  1. Choose your delivery dates
  2. Change your delivery address
  3. Postpone / Cancel a delivery date
  4. Change my delivery time-slot
  5. Change my delivery preferences

NOTES
1) Your update SHALL be done before every Wednesday 18:00 for a delivery on the following week. Beyond of the deadline, from 18:01, any update will be recorded ONLY for the week after.

2) You need to fill every boxes of the form. After sending the form, your update will become your new record.
