I- GENERAL CONDITIONS
- You have read and accepted the specific conditions of your products (from the page where you have added your product to the cart)
- As soon as your order is “processing”, you shall pay your order, at the latest upon delivery. We will not accept any cancellations that will be not respecting these terms and conditions.
- Upon delivery, you become responsible of storing the food immediately into a fridge (Between 1-5 degrees) or in a freezer (-18 degrees at the minimum).
- Information provided while placing your order:
- Delivery address : The full address must be provided ONLY in Chinese. Our company is a Taiwan company, our company is located in New Taipei City, Taiwan, our Staff is Taiwanese and we work with Taiwan delivery companies. Delivery companies cannot understand English. If the address is provided only in English, you become responsible of potential mistakes, even though we will do our best to get the Chinese address from what you have provided. If the address is provided in English, our company will be not responsible of mistakes. However, if foreigners have problems to provide a full address in Chinese, the customer should contact our company after placing his/her orders, so we can assist and find the Chinese address.
- Name : Your name must be given in full (First name and Last name). Nicknames are not allowed.
- Order notes added into checkout/address form may be missed by our staff. If you have some specific notes to request, please contact us by email/Line or telephone. In addition, order notes added into the wrong checkout box may cause mistakes with your order. We shall be not responsible of any mistakes with your delivery in case of wrong use of the checkout/address boxes
II- SUBSCRIPTIONS
a) General
- The term “Subscription” means any purchase including more than 1 box.
- It is agreed that when a subscription has been bought, no cancellation is available after getting the first delivery, outside of any special offer, or special conditions may apply such as “satisfied or refunded”.
b) Payment installment – Payment facilities
- Some facilities of payment may be offered to clients.
- When a facility of payment is provided, the company will confirm by email, or on Line, the dates and payment amounts of the installment. Englsh or Chinese language may be used.
- Getting the first delivery of the subscription confirm th wish to buy and pay the subscription.
- Due to subscriptons being special offers, no cancellation after the beginning of the subscription can be accepted.
- Payment installments are due to be paid on time, according to the schedule of payment. In case of default of payment, and after 2 weeks late without any special arrangemnents between the company and the client, the whole amount may be due, including a management fee of 3% for the whole late payment.
c) Subscription renewal
- Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless the client requests a renewal.
- The subscription is considered ended when the last box of the package/subscription is delivered, and no requests for renewal has been sent to the company.
- A discount may be offered to the client if the package/subscription is renewed at least one week before the subscription ends.
- The package is considered renewed if the client makes a clear request by either: sending an email, sending a message on the Line app, or updating the food menu for the week following the end of the package/subscription.
III- FOOD BOX DELIVERY
- Food Boxes are delivered according to the conditions given on the product page.
- Our delivery team will deliver the food during the time-slot you have booked. If we should be late, we will let you know as soon as possible by telephone or email or Line..
- Our deliveries are made according to the time-slot you have chosen. We cannot promise a specific delivery time (Except if requested as an option), even though we can try to do our best to be as flexible as possible.
- If you are not available at the time of the delivery, and if the delivery guy needs to come back, an extra fee may be requested. (We will be requested to pay the food to be returned to our company and send again)
- Some deliveries (Outside of Taipei) are processed by the company Blackcat. They are an independent Taiwan Company without any link to our company. Sometimes Blackcat may deliver you late due to their busy schedule, road-works etc In that case, remember to take it easy, we will help you upon we are aware of the delay, and whatever happens we will make sure you receive your food, according to our standards. In case of problems, we will assume. Blackcat does not offer any possibilities to track the delivery. However, Blackcat is currently the best Taiwan company to deliver food with refrigerated car. After attempting 3 failed deliveries. Due to use-by and being fresh food, no refund will be accepted.
IV- SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
When a customer wants to return a product, for any reason, he can use the “Satisfied or Refunded” policy. The free return service includes every box, except free meals.
Reasons may be about :
- Changing mind
- Customer does not like quality
- The service/food is not as expected
Conditions :
- The individual food packaging must have not been opened (1 bag maximum)
- The whole package needs to be sent back to the office, less than 24h after receiving it by the customer. The box will need to be returned by cold delivery, with the service of BlackCat.
- The cost of return will be refunded to the customer within 30 days, by bank transfer, after getting the order back
- The cost of the box will be refunded within 30 days, by bank transfer, after getting the order back.
- A full and logical explanation must be given from the customer, with a possibility for the company to solve the issue. Only if the customer refuses the solution given by the company, the refund can be activated.
- The reason given by the customer must be something he could not expect when he placed the order.
V- CANCELLATION POLICY:
- To cancel your order, you need to contact our sales team.

. Tuesday/Wednesday delivery. - For a partial refund (50%), a cancellation shall be requested between 48h and 72h (Working days only) before the delivery day.

1) If your delivery is expected on Monday, you must notify the cancellation on Thursday before 18:00).

. Tuesday/Wednesday delivery. - Any cancellation within 48h notice will be not refunded and will be lost. Our food is made homemade and absolutely fresh. We cannot afford with last minute cancellations.
H9w are refunded payments :
- Payments by credit card will be refunded by reversing your payment. Refund can take up to 21 days depending on your bank.
- Payments by cash or bank transfer will be refunded by bank transfer. Refund can take up to 21 days after providing bank details.
VI- DISCOUNTS
Free “Food Boxes – 5 meals” Vouchers
Include : Standard Box, Premium Box, Keto Box, Fitness Box, Diet Box, Kid Box etc
Some free food boxes of 5 meals may be given during some special marketing operations, such as “BUY 1 GET 1”, affiliating program etc .
- A free FOOD BOX – 5 MEALS voucher shall be valid for 6 months, from the date it was given to the guest.
- The free FOOD BOX – 5 MEALS cannot be exchanged or refunded. It is accepted and understood that the value of the voucher is equal to 0NTD,
- The voucher does not include delivery fees
Free Delivery
- Buy at least 3 weekly boxes = delivery free
When a customer buy 3 weekly boxes at the minimum, he automatically gets free delivery at the checkout on the website. The customer can choose different delivery date for every boxes.
Conditions : The boxes must be paid upon delivering the first order at the latest.
Get your free meal
- With our sample meals, new customers can try the food for free. Only delivery fees must be paid (160NT$)
- Sample meals are about : 1 cooked meat, 1 cooked vegetable, 1 cooked starch
Conditions : The offer can be used only once for 1 person or for 1 address.

Sponsor a friend
When a client sponsors one of his/her friends so he/she can buy our food (except free meals), we will issue a 10% voucher to him/her and 10% to the person who has been referred.
If the referrer has currently a subscription, we will give a free full meal with the next delivery.
Conditions :
* The friend will need to give his/her sponsor’s name when placing his/her order, by contacting our customer service.
* Maximum once every 10 orders.
Make a review
When a client makes a review on Google because he/she likes the food, we will give a free meal along of his/her next order.
How to apply ? The customer needs to go on Google Review, and make the review with the same name as on his MICHEL BRU account.

VII- HYGIENE & USE-BY
- The products are delivered with a “Use by” Date of 7 days.
However, after opening the products, they must be eaten within 24 hours - The customer is responsible to follow the basic following rules of hygiene:
– Upon receiving the order, the customer shall keep every meals in the fridge (2-5 degrees) or freezer (-18 degrees)
– If the products have been frozen by the customer, the customer must not freeze them again.
– “Michel Bru“ company will be not responsible if the customer should not respect the basic rules of hygiene.

- The update will be effective only for any new order placed after the update.
X- COMPLAINS
If for any reasons you are not satisfied and want to return the products for an exchange or a refund, you must follow this :
– Send an email to contact@michelbru.com.tw to explain your problem, within 24 hours after receiving the products. Give your name, address, order number, which products you want to return, tell us if you want an exchange or refund.
– You will receive an email of confirmation and the address for the return
– Please send back your products (unopened), within 24 hours, from when you have received the email of confirmation
– If you wish an exchange, the products will be sent on the same day than receiving back your parcel + a discount for your next order
