Step 1 – Choose your menu
After choosing your box, either :

• Choose a standard box, and chef will choose according to your box choice
  Or
• choose your own food choice. (except Standard Box)

Step 2 – Place your order

• Add your coupon if you have one
• Choose your delivery day (Monday for Taipei City or Tuesday for all Taiwan)
• Choose your time-slot : morning, afternoon, evening
• Pay your order : cash on delivery, credi card, bank transfer, paypal

Step 4 – Get your delivery (For the whole week)

• Mondays : Only Taipei City : 09:00-13:00, 13:00-18:00, 19:00-21:00
• Tuesdays : All Taiwan : 09:00-13:00, 13:00-18:00 + 7eleven (from 19:00)

Step 5 – Reheat your food

• The food is already cooked, just need to reheat !
• Microwave, bain-marie, rice-cooker are michelbru food-friendly

Food boxes – General information

• Based on the available menu, you will be able to choose the 5 meats of your choice (Menu is HERE).
• Based on the available menu, you will be able to choose the 5 vegetables of your choice (10 for Keto box & Pescatarian box) (Menu is HERE).
• Based on the available menu, you will be able to choose the 5 starches of your choice (Menu is HERE).
• If you do not make any choice, our chef will choose for you.

Food boxes – Standard boxes information :

• When a STANDARD box is requested, the chef and its team will choose the menu for you.
• A STANDARD box is made by a mix of 5 different meats, 5 different mix of vegetables (except Keto & Pescatarian : 10 vegetables), 5 starches

Proteins boxes

• Based on the available menu, you will be able to choose the 5 meats of your choice (Menu is HERE)
• No vegetables or starches can be chosen.

Food Boxes – General information

• Your food is preserved in individual vacuum bags.
• 1 food box = 15 bags (5 meats, 10 veggies or starches), except Proteins Box
• Each meal will be provided with macro-nutritient information.
• Your food can be kept fresh up to 7 days in your fridge
• The full menu of your box, will be available with all details on your box.

Every week, the menu is different. Our food is NEVER frozen.

* 48 boxes package = 4 Free food boxes of 5 meals + All free delivery + Free Private Dinner at your home
