Step 2 – Place your order

• Add your coupon if you have one
• Choose your delivery day (Monday for Taipei City or Tuesday for all Taiwan)
• Choose your time-slot : morning, afternoon, evening
• Pay your order : cash on delivery, credi card, bank transfer, paypal

Step 4 – Get your delivery (For the whole week)

• Mondays : Only Taipei City : 09:00-13:00, 13:00-18:00, 19:00-21:00
• Tuesdays : All Taiwan : 09:00-13:00, 13:00-18:00 + 7eleven (from 19:00)

Step 5 – Reheat your food

• The food is already cooked, just need to reheat !
• Microwave, bain-marie, rice-cooker are michelbru food-friendly

Food Boxes – General information

• Your food is preserved in individual vacuum bags.
• 1 food box = 15 bags (5 meats, 10 veggies or starches), except Proteins Box
• Each meal will be provided with macro-nutritient information.
• Your food can be kept fresh up to 7 days in your fridge
• The full menu of your box, will be available with all details on your box.
