We consider that having a professional experienced Michelin Star Chef is not enough to offer the highest professional service, but we also need to provide a right team of professionals, including Dietitians,
Janet Malanga, Registered Dietitian
Janet Malanga received her US Registered Dietitian credentials in 2019. She also maintains a current license in the State of Florida.
Janet completed a dietetic internship with over 1300 hours at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, MD.
In 2016, Janet also completed a food lab at Hong Kong Disneyland administered by the Director of Food and Beverage, Darlene Brady.
Since June of 2021, Janet has been serving as the Taiwan Country Representative with the International Affiliate of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (IAAND).
She also enjoys giving speeches on nutrition in Taiwan to both small and large groups, with past speech engagements at organizations such as the American Club Taipei, the Rotary Club of Taipei, and the Welcome to Taipei International Club.
