At MICHELBRU we use only the best ingredients for our customers.

We have nothing to hide and can disclose the sourcing of all of our ingredients.

  • We cook our food ONLY with olive oil.
  • We do not use food enhancer.
  • We cook everything from scratch, from peeling all vegetables !
  • We do not use any food additives.

At MICHELBRU we regularly check that our suppliers share the same values than ours, and respect customers like we do.

One of our check is we always make sure that our meats have not received any medicine, especially chickens.

We also check that the meats are well treated by our suppliers and receive the proper food.
